From recognition to rebrand, Workwell North America is scaling innovation across the contingent workforce market.

Workwell MSP has been named a Major Contender in Everest Group’s 2025 MSP PEAK Matrix® Assessment, the third consecutive year the company has earned the recognition (previously under Eastridge Workforce Management). For a market long dominated by legacy providers, the ranking underscores Workwell’s growing relevance as a service-first, tech-enabled global provider of contingent workforce management solutions.
Why This Matters
The PEAK Matrix® evaluates global managed service providers (MSPs) on adoption, value delivered, innovation, and vision. For buyers, it is a guide to which providers can deliver real outcomes in a changing workforce landscape. For Workwell MSP, the result is validation that its strategy of serving organizations with agility and enterprise-grade capabilities is gaining ground.
“Enterprises want more than cost savings. They want foresight and accountability,” said Seth Stein, CEO of Workwell North America. “We’ve built an MSP designed for today’s market: agile enough to adapt quickly, but powerful enough to deliver analytics and compliance in this ever-changing regulatory landscape.”
Momentum in the Mid-Market
Our approach has translated into measurable progress. Workwell MSP reports over 20 percent year-over-year growth, expanded international reach, and ongoing investment in predictive analytics, supplier optimization, and independent contractor oversight. By delivering the kind of insights typically reserved for Fortune 100 firms, Workwell is carving out a space as the partner of choice for growth-oriented enterprises.
A Platform for Growth
The recognition also comes as Eastridge Workforce Management prepares to rebrand as Workwell North America later this year, aligning with Workwell’s $2B+ global platform. The rebrand reflects more than a name change. It marks a scale-up in innovation and a tighter connection to global capabilities that will fuel continued momentum.
Looking Ahead
Everest’s own analysis points to a shift in what enterprises expect from contingent workforce partners: not just administration, but strategic guidance, predictive analytics, and future-ready workforce models. That is where Workwell MSP is planting its flag.
“We are not just competing with the incumbents,” Stein said. “We are defining what leadership looks like in the contingent workforce management.”
