Non-exempt - Most common. Worker is paid an hourly rate and eligible for applicable overtime pay.
Exempt - Worker is paid a weekly salary regardless of hours worked and is not eligible for overtime pay. Requires approval to meet federal and state guidelines. Eastridge will follow up to gather additional information including an analysis form and job description if not already provided.
Computer Professional Exempt - Worker is paid the same hourly amount for all hours worked. There is no overtime rate. Requires approval to meet federal and state guidelines. Eastridge will follow up to gather additional information including an analysis form and job description if not already provided.
